Fantastisk personale, meget behjelpelig med alt, nydelig stor frokost, fantastisk basseng. Følte oss som hjemme, og anbefaler stedet sterkt. Flott beliggenhet til gode cafeer, restauranter, minibank, og små butikker.

It was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location can't be more perfect. The breakfast was delicious. A special thank you to Justin who was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times of the day!
The only thing to take in mind is that the rooms don't come with a fan or have airconditioner, and Kigali can get quite hot if you're not used to it. However a fan is available on request.

Very comfortable room, wonderful staff and breakfasts on the porch were delightful. Bisabo is in a neighborhood with many good restaurants that are an easy walk away. The pool was crisp and refreshing. Jado and his team made us feel very welcome and well cared for when we stayed for 5 days for a family wedding in Kigali
