Great location!
Probably beginning of season but there were some larger bugs in the house. Not really a big deal to our family as we understand that nature exists lol but I could see other travelers complaining about that.

Location great. Space great to move around. On the beach. Easy walk. Appreciate TP, laundry, paper towels, soap.
Construction overhead. Men literally throwing metal rods from roof into dirt. Noisy.
Unit very dated. Broken things, not working. Bed barely tolerable. Pillows old. Unit needs an overhaul. Must drive to get food. Not walkable only on beach. Hot water set too low. Had to go full hot to shower. Slow recovery.
