Very spacious, clean, decent cost, great location (walking from Shibuya station via the Hachiko exit and taking Dougen-zaka street is a must and super easy to navigate, as explained in the instructions). I’m a light sleeper and noises were very minimal so no problem there. I definitely recommend the stay!
The interior of the building itself could do with some maintenance but that’s not really an issue and doesn’t affect the stay at all.

The property was well appointed and for central Tokyo, quite big. It was comfortable for the four of us and was clean. The main double is a traditional western style, the other beds are tatami mats. Both were comfortable.
As others has mentioned, the block it is in feels a little run down, however the host doesn’t have control over this

Had everything we needed. Was small but clean and close to Shibuya
Advertised as balcony with a view but the balcony only had a view of neighbouring apartments. Bit misleading.

Great location , plenty of bars and restaurants on the street to choose from and a 7/11 2min walk
The listing is kind of confusing there are 2 different properties in the photos and you dont get to choose, we got the older one so bit of a let down in that regard
