The apartment itself was great, had all the facilities needed. Games room, pool and gym were an added bonus. Great to have a secured designated carpark, location was great if you did not mind walking.
Check in process - an absolute nightmare. On the day of check in we were asked to complete a form which we were not aware of. When we arrived, they would not let us in until the form was completed, had to choose between two damage waivers which was taken out of our account then had to take a selfie. All this while we waited in the cold for the person to come down to let us in. He let us into the apartment. As we were two couples we asked for a 2nd set of keys, he said he would contact management. We emailed management and were told they would arrange a 2nd set to get to us. We emailed again to be told that it was after business hours then were told again they were not sure if a 2nd set were available. We stayed 7 nights and had to co ordinate when and what time we would be back so we could get in. The air con had flat batteries, we were asked to use the buttons on the air con itself to see if it would work, the air con was in the ceiling. In the end, we gave up. Nothing wrong with the apartment itself but the check in process needs work!

We arranged to meet at the property and the host concierge was late. It was annoying to have to wait even though we had scheduled a time to meet beforehand
None of the closets had rails in them so there was no way to hang clothes. We were attending a graduation event and needed to be able to hang garments. This was advised to the host and they brought in a mobile rail that evening but it was disappointing that this was not checked beforehand for a professionally managed apartment like this.

Secure car park, very close to Aotea Centre, 2 bathrooms comfiest beds, warm, quiet, secure, spacious, modern kitchen, wifi coverage good. Highly recommend.
