Rất gần bãi tắm, đi bộ vài phút là ra biển. Yên tĩnh và sạch sẽ.

nearby to GrandWorld and Safari , got many restaurants nearby
since only one person managing , so when it comes for breakfast it’s just one type of meal for everyone

Location was good and property was clean
1. Staff behavior was rude
2. AC was not working
3. Bathroom flush was not working
4. Breakfast had only 1 item - could choose 1 between 2 options only
5. Coffee sachets in room was only for the checkin day and not refilled for the remaining days. When asked, they said it's applicable only for the first day.
6. It was not mentioned anywhere that this is a homestay
7. No room service
8. Took 3% extra payment for using card
9. No airport transfers

"it's located about 10mins walk away from the famous venice canal. hence it's a bit quiet and peaceful. some eateries, cafe and a small provision store just next door. about 10-15 mins walk to the bea..."
