Greatly enjoyed our stay. There were no issues.Nothing was lacking and getting to and from this Home was easy. Also there were neighborhood grocery stores (including Whole Foods!) and various types of eateries with easy walking distances.

We loved staying here! It was awesome to have parking in the back of the property, the backyard area, and the 10 min walk to the subway station. Great neighborhood, just a couple of blocks from a Whole Foods. Wonderful amount of space for our family.

This property was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and matched the description perfectly. Our family of five fit just fine. The kitchen is well appointed and made cooking at home easy. We rented a car for the trip and it was very helpful to have a parking spot at the house. The location of the home was great. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. It was about an 8 min walk to the Metro station. This was our first trip to DC, and we didn't realize how easy the city is to navigate on the Metro. We were thankful that the home was just a couple blocks from the station and we used it frequently. It was also nice to be an easy walk away from Sprouts, Trader Joes, Aldi and CVS. We were able to get groceries and necessities with just a quick walk. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and extremely responsive to our questions. We have used VRBO many times and they were one of the best hosts we've had.

We visit DC twice a year. From the color and all of the details inside, you can tell the owners truly love DC. We were able to walk everywhere. Pet friendly, and the Union Market location was just perfect. There is a Gold’s Gym that’s a quick 8 min walk that offers a very reasonable temporary membership. Trader Joe’s is also walkable. The parking situation was fantastic which can be hard to find in DC. Owners were very communicative to get the code to check in. However, this home is not clean. And that’s so sad because it’s such a special place. Hairballs in the shower and my daughter went to clean her face with a “clean” towel from the stack and a hairband covered in hair fell out. I had to clean the outside of the fridge, the faucets, and I attempted to walk barefoot and stuff kept sticking to the bottom of my feet. It was dirty. I feel like someone came in and remade the beds and that’s it. I would have rewashed all the linens to be sure we were sleeping on clean sheets but there’s no washer and dryer. The bed in the middle room is absolutely not a full size bed. We had two young adults in that room and they could hardly fit in the bed. The locks kept glitching and sometimes we had to leave through the backyard. There were no TVs in the bedrooms. My biggest complaint is how dirty it was. I have no idea what people are paying for when they pay for the cleaning fee, because this place is not being professionally cleaned. Honor this special place and have it deep cleaned.
