Villa Colonya Olive is a charming Mallorcan residence nestled in the picturesque Colonya Valley, surrounded by rolling mountains and ancient olive groves, along with a diverse array of native Majorcan flora. Accessible via a scenic route from the town of Pollensa, this timeless estate is situated amidst historical posesiones (Manor Homes) and various idyllic farms.

Recently, Villa Colonya Olive underwent a meticulous renovation in the winter of 2019-2020, with a dedicated focus on preserving its traditional elements, including the charming exposed stone walls and rustic wooden ceiling beams. Simultaneously, the interiors received a contemporary makeover, resulting in a harmonious blend of old-world charm and modern sophistication. Notable enhancements include freshly tiled floors, refurbished kitchen and bathrooms, and the addition of a fifth bathroom. The introduction of new lighting has also breathed a modern ambiance into every corner of the villa.

Upon entering the heart of the residence, guests are welcomed into a spacious dining room, adorned with traditional walls and lighting fixtures. From here, one can seamlessly transition to the fully equipped kitchen, which still boasts the vestiges of an old fireplace, a characteristic feature of historic Majorcan homes.

The ground floor also houses a generous leisure room, perfect for a spirited game of table football or relaxation on the ample, comfortable sofa with a chaise longue, offering an ideal setting for cinematic enjoyment on the impressive 65-inch smart TV. This smart TV is equipped with a wireless internet connection, allowing guests to access their Amazon, Netflix, and other streaming platform accounts.

Beyond the dining room, an interior stone arch leads to a ground floor double bedroom, conveniently adjacent to a full bathroom. To the left of the main entrance, a staircase ascends to the upper floor, where the remaining bedrooms are situated. These include two twin rooms sharing a full bathroom, another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two additional twin rooms, which share yet another bathroom. Notably, Villa Colonya Olive offers flexible bed configurations, allowing for the conversion of some twin rooms into doubles upon prior request, providing the option of three double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms.

Outside, Villa Colonya Olive boasts expansive terraces, each offering a distinct atmosphere for al fresco dining during the balmy summer months. Additionally, guests can unwind in one of two chic chill-out areas, taking in breathtaking views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. A covered barbecue area, complete with a fridge, is a barbecue enthusiast's haven.

The terrace has been thoughtfully expanded in the pool area, providing ample space for sun loungers and featuring a Balinese day bed for ultimate relaxation. The pool, adorned with Roman steps, has undergone a complete renovation, offering a refreshing retreat.

The outdoor area also features a newly restored bathroom (the fifth) for convenient use without entering the main house, as well as a dedicated laundry room with storage racks for bicycles.

Finally, Villa Colonya Olive offers complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity with multiple repeaters ensuring internet access in all rooms, along with pool towels for added convenience.
