The host was excellent and communicated with us very well. The apartment was so spacious, clean and nice and even-though we checked in very late at night, the host made sure to organise everything for us.
We tried booking the ha long bay cruise very last minute and struggled to find a cruise still available. When we told the host about this he organised one for us and sorted out all transportation to there and back to Hanoi. Overall, we are very happy with the service provided and highly recommend.

- Good location
- Washing machine
- very cheap
Very dirty. The pillows and towels were stained. The bathroom had mould, dust, and there was ants in the room. You also need to pay to use the facilities e.g pool/gym and to check in early even though the room is ready. The iron and the ironing board was not usable. However, it was only £15 a night which makes it more reasonable, we only booked one night and would not have been able to stay longer.
