It was convenient to everything. We did like the security that walked around at night checking on things. We also saw and met the HOA President who made her presence known everyday. She was making sure the grounds looked nice and were clean.

The condo was not as clean as it should have been. I have pictures below. There was a broken lamp in the guest room, stuff under the couch, mold growing in the master bedroom and hair all over the bathroom walls and baseboards. Also, I have never had to wash my dishes before we leave, always put them in the dishwasher and the cleaning people get them out. We could tell people didn’t really wash them because we had to wash them before we could use them. They were dirty. The security was nice, we were told once we got there we had to pay $50 each to park. That was NOT on the original description when I booked but after I had paid and it came up and with it being non refundable you are some what stuck and have to pay it. Did NOT like that, very shady!

Convenient location and super quiet. Very relaxing. Beautiful condo!

Parking pass instructions- kind of confusing. Was under the impression that parking was included (and security was not very kind when I explained that I was unaware). Came with no cleaning supplies (other than 1 pack of dishwasher and laundry detergent— nothing to clean counters with, no sponges to wash dishes, no dish washing liquid. I ended up having to hand wash dishes before we left with hand soap (which was basically empty). I feel like if you stay more than 2 nights, cleaning supplies should be provided so the guest can keep the place tidy while there. Beach chairs weren’t included — this wasn’t listed anywhere that I’m aware of (this was okay since we had two toddlers so we played in the sand mostly). The condo was not very clean (old popcorn, toys, card games, etc under the furniture, and the dishes were not clean when we got them out of the cabinet— which made since once we realized there was nothing to wash dishes with). I don’t mind buying cleaning supplies but I shouldn’t have to provide them in a condo for vacation. There was also memos posted everywhere about fines— felt like everything was a fine— not very welcoming and uncomfortable (especially with toddlers). Seemed like it was a place solely there to make money off of you….
