Good location for visiting Victoria Promenade parkrun, which we went to. The owner was flexible about us checking out a bit later, in order for us to have time to get showered after parkrun.
Had seen from previous reviews that it wasn't immediately obvious which the parking space was and where the lockbox is situated. Therefore I messaged the owner beforehand and got a helpful reply which made our arrival much easier.
The apartment is situated in a quiet area and worked well for our one night stay. It was nicely furnished and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us.
We knew in advance that one of us would need to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge, but there was no bedding left out and it was more of a sofa than a bed. We found some spare bedding, and it was ok to sleep on for one night.
We heated up some croissants for breakfast and found that the oven tray inside the oven wasn't clean. Also, there was a continuous humming noise from a fan/vent on the kitchen ceiling.
The apartment is on the top floor and is accessed via a spiral staircase. Whilst this wasn't a problem for us, it might not be so easy for those with mobility issues or young children.

Location was very handy for us.
Just need to let any future guests know which parking space they need to use and we didn’t know where the lock box was located. However the owner was very quick to respond to queries.

Great apt. Everything you need - and parking space included. Lovely view over cricket grounds and lovely area of Nottingham close to shops and restaurants. Would def stay again.
