The hosts were very responsive, kind, and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable.
Could be more flexible on breakfast times.

The excellent reception by the host and staff was amazing as Mr Ahmad came to greet us on arrival to the island by the boat, the rooms were really clean and modern the terrace view was outstanding.
Highly recommend to stay here will definitely be back again.

The hotel owner is incredibly attentive.
Very attentive and helpful.
Unfortunately, the location is not the best. The room is very small and everything is a bit confusing in the accommodation (reception), besides the bathroom being extremely small and always very wet.
I don't know if this is cultural because it happened in all hotels in Egypt, but I think people should have the right to give their opinion about the accommodation and not feel pressured to give a good rating.
And the transfer that the accommodation arranged for us, the driver was disrespectful and asked a lot of personal and inappropriate questions.

"Emplacement idéal sur l’île Elephantine, très proche de l’embarcadère du ferry (liaisons très fréquentes avec le centre ville d’Assouan). La vue de la chambre et du rooftop est magnifique !
