Beautiful property , lovely and clean , everything that you need for a quiet break away .
The only downside was the local shop was closed . Looked like it was getting refurbished. Other than that everything was perfect

Beautiful secluded retreat in Greetham Lincs. Immaculately clean lovely flat over riding stables. Lovely and helpful owners we met, and adorable (welcome party) of dogs we met!
All the facilities you need, pubs close, we took ready meals and used the microwave. We loved the surrounding towns, countryside, Exton Park and Hambleton Bakery. We slept well and it was very quiet. Owners couldn’t be more helpful.
Fabulous weekend, will return.
Nothing!

Very friendly owners. Great with my kids and showed them around the place to let them see all the animals. The property is a good size for what it is, and was clean and presentable on arrival. Location is ideal for visiting Ruland Water, Stamford and Oakham which are only a short drive away. Would definitely stay again.
