-Sonia is an exceptional host... She met us near the train station when we arrived and brought us to the apartment... Before leaving us she explained where everything was in the apartment and how things worked... The buildinng is located less than a 5-minute walk to the train station, bus terminal, mini-metro lift, and supermarket... There's 24/7 private security in the building and a large parking lot (we didn't have a car but if you had one this is very convenient...Sonia texted us often to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything... She provided many amenities, including a complementary bottle of wine, bottled water, a full supply of espresso capsules for our entire stay and snacks... The apartment is very comfortable, clean and spacious and has a very nice terrace and view... This is definitely the place we will want to stay again if we come back to Perugia...!

A great stay at Sonia's apartment! Sonia is very attentive. She explained everything very clearly during check-in. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed! It exceeded our expectations. Sonia is very generous and welcoming.
