It was all fine. The tips in advance and the responsiveness of the owner was very nice.
Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed.
Nicely located right between Lecco & Pasturo: one day you can stroll around Como across the villages and the other you can be in the mountains, each 20 minutes from this place.
I confirm earlier comments about the mattresses being unusually hard.

Que no tenia horno para cocinar.

Quiet location with amazing views of the mountains
It was slightly too far out of lecco but we had a choice of local eateries meaning we didn’t have to drive
