The Skytel Hotel Shenzhen Central Park

Nice, big, clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious- everyone will find something nice for themselves. And the price for the breakfast was really good. Highly recommended to try breakfast at least once - you will not regret that :)

Современный, чистый, уютный небольшой отель со своей прачечной. Пастель, полотенца, санузлы, номера - идеально чисто, комфортные кондиционеры, которые регулируются. Осень вежливый и приветливый персонал.

Сложности были из за незнания языка нами, жаль ресепшен не говорят по-английски, но это ни в коем случае не минус.

Location was fine Premises was clean

The part I was most bothered by was the payment arrangement with Booking.com. I’ve always reserved my stay with the site and upon reaching the accommodation, I generally give a card or deposit for incidentals. This time, I put in my payment details on the website only to be told by the hotel that I need to pay for the room which caused me to be concerned about paying twice. They didn’t speak much English and I was in a very troubled situation. I wish it was more clear about what was expected upon check in. Still haven’t gotten clarity on whether I am being double charged or not. The room was a bit noisy too.
