Advertisement not correlating with the Facility

Apart from the care taker who was pleasant and wanted to be helpful.

I think the advertisement was abit dubious. It needs more clarification as I thought it was part of the AltaVista De Boracay resort. It is only a room that is in the same complex offered by an investor. We didn't find the facility comfortable. We declined the offer to stay after 10mins of entering. The owner refused to refund our 6 nights stay. The room was dark during the day from the canopy of the trees near the balcony. The room advertised "view to the ocean", there was none. No internet connection, kept dropping out. The closet had a single mattress propped up, when we opened to look into it, the mattress kept falling out. Beneath the kitchen sink, cupboard door had two nails sticking outwards which is a hazard. It does not say on the advertisement, you need to pay 250 pesos for using the hotel pool and going into town. Whereas checking into the hotel in the complex was all free. I think Booking.com should look into this property and ensure the adverisement is correct as it claimed to be. Never staying here nor accept its false advetisement.

Secluded part of Boracay with amazing staff. Would plan my future travel to Alta Vista

The views were incredible.. Away from the crowded beaches but easy travel to the main areas. Staff and Sir July did an amazing job helping us plan out travel and tours.

GREAT!!!

I love how calm and peaceful staying here. Away from the noise of the island center. After a long day you can definitely have a peaceful rest.

The shower. I hope there’s a separate but tub place so the guest won’t need to enter the but tub to take a shower.

July is helpful. He made sure our stay is very pleasant and comfortable. Room was ready when arrived. This place is clos

Clean and the location is breathtaking. We appreciate seeing monkeys in the room terrace.

Its the uphill climb from the front but you just pay a little extra for etrike driver to take you right infront of your room
