We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ikigai! The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The villa provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings while also enjoying plenty of downtime by the pool.
However, our experience was slightly overshadowed after checkout. Unfortunately, we were wrongly held responsible for damages/issues that were clearly caused by a previous guest. While this was frustrating, we hope the management takes steps to improve their inspection process to ensure future guests don’t face similar concerns.
Despite this, we truly enjoyed our time at the villa and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it—just be sure to document everything at check-in and check-out for peace of mind.
