Staff were very nice
One room had noisy air-con but staff sorted issue for me quickly

Great location with the perfect assortment of local food and drinks right outside the door with local prices- even a matcha shop and a 7-11. Quiet area, although some noisy birds every morning. Awesome friendly staff. They felt like friends after two weeks here. No weird smells in room. Very good price value. Perfect location to go either way to Nimman or old town.
Small tight fit rooms but has everything you need and nice lighting.

Great place. The 2 receptionists were angels (Aunty Bo and the other lady that works evenings)! It’s in a good location too.

Location
The proper is pretty basic which is fine but the bed and the room was full of dust and itchy. The air conditioning was quite loud and not very cool.
