Everything about the stay was amazing, but I especially wanna thank Shaimaa at the property ,she was super welcoming,helpful.She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and that our stay was as comfortable as possible.

The hotel met our expectations. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. We paid for the dinner 15 JOD and it was really good. Also, at the reception our room was upgraded to Sea View which is really unexpectable.

I had a wonderful stay at East Hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, with special thanks to Shaymaa for her kindness and great hospitality.
The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the Dead Sea and the pool. The pools were perfect, clean, and well supervised by lifeguards. The beach was also very nice and enjoyable.
Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you to all the staff for making my experience so pleasant. Highly recommended!
