We had a great stay in Gianni’s apartment! 🏡 It’s very comfortable and spacious, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a lovely balcony with a nice view. There’s air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. ❄️ It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Gianni welcomed us very warmly 😊 and was always available if we needed anything. There are some stairs in front of the apartment, but you can easily go around them if needed. The apartment is on the second floor, so you need to go up one short flight of stairs. The location is also very convenient — about a 10-minute walk from Portoferraio port ⛴️, with a supermarket nearby 🛒. There are several beautiful beaches within walking distance 🏖️, with crystal-clear turquoise water and small pebbles, which were perfect for snorkelling 🤿🐠. Padulella has beautiful cliffs and caves 🪨, while at Chiaie we rented a transparent kayak 🛶. Chiaie also has umbrellas ⛱️ and a restaurant 🍽️ right by the beach. We also took bus 116 🚌 to Marina di Campo on the other side of the island, where we enjoyed a beautiful sandy, shallow beach 🏝️. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time on Elba! 🌊☀️ Thank you so much, Gianni! 😊

Stor leilighet. Det var rent og ordentlig, verten var svært imøtekommende og vi følte oss velkommen. Leiligheten er ganske sentral, med relativt kort vei til flere fantastisk flotte strender.

Geräumige Wohnung in einem veralteten Gebäude, nah an Zentrum und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung könnte vorgeheizt werden, wir sind Ende Dezember angekommen und es war in der ersten Nacht ungemütlich. Nachdem wir den zusätzlichen Erhitzer eingeschaltet haben, ist die Sicherung ausgefallen… Vielen Dank an dem Vermieter, der ziemlich schnell reagiert hat! Parkplatz habe ich immer wieder gefunden, es ist aber schwierig- man muss schnell reagieren, da Einbahnstraße, sonst wieder die steile Anfahrt 😊

Es ist eine sehr geräumige, helle Unterkunft, in der wir nichts vermisst haben. Besonders gut waren die perfekt funktionierenden Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine gute Sicht auf die Berge und die Bucht von Portoferraio. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
