Great location, value for money, nice comfortable open space.
Having a digital check in at the door was not as good as other properties which gave us entry codes before arrival. It made the process stressful when the iPAD was not connected and we needed to restart. Online staff responded well once we got it up and running.

Overall spacious.
3rd bed by window was not set up. Also the check in process could have been smoother. I don’t see the point in adding documentation once online prior to arrival and then doing the exact same thing again at the entrance to the hotel. Very uncomfortable small and tight entrance and elevator. Not very user friendly tablet for check in. Family had to wait down stairs, hungry and hot after a 14 hr flight just to have difficulty checking in. When calling for assistance and messaging through the booking app no one would respond.

Camas confortáveis, bons lençóis. Super próximo de shibuya, mas longe da muvuca!
Janelas sem controle de luz, muito claro o apartamento até os quartos. Cuidado com check out, eles o fazem sair às 10:00hs. E o check in e apenas às 16hs. Absurdo!
