Very warm and lovely to have washing machine and tumble dryer spacious for 4 people.
Could have done with a bedside light in the twin room as it is soooo dark. Also just a couple of casserole dishes.

We like having the private home. Thankful for laundry machines. Clean, shower good, and rooms comfortable. Great location near Durness as we travel the NC500. Enjoyed walking on the beach and visiting the old graveyard. The host was very responsive and friendly.

At first sight the property did not look welcoming but the property was in fact clean , warm and well appointed. The gent who ran the property was very helpful and assisted by transporting us to obtain an evening meal.
The property was quite isolated and you would need to self cater as there is not a restaurant or cafe for a cooked meal, however you could get some pastries and the best hot chocolate I’ve tasted. If you’re looking for a place in a nice area with lots of amenities this is not it.

It did a rustic feel and was quite cosy . The host was very attentive
Position was quite remote and basically in the middle of an eclectic group of buildings - not picturesque. Rooms had an odour which we all smelt - a little off putting and prob related to pets staying.
