Pros:- great location, close to downtown, great park across the street, good restaurants and shops nearby- plenty of space for the whole family- comfortable beds- kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook meals- filtered water system in kitchen was a nice touch so we didn't have to buy bottled water- the garage game room was great, though the AC couldn't keep the space cool enough to use it all day comfortably when we were there in the late springCons:- Listing noted a hot tub (the reason we booked this property over another one); owner communicated to us shortly after booking that hot tub had been removed- patio/putting green in the backyard was covered in ants making it unusable to our family (allergy to ant bites so we wouln't risk it)- the property was not very clean when we arrived; I spent about two hours wiping counters, the stovetop, floors, bathrooms, and the washer and dryer out before unpacking and using anything. The prior guests must of had a long haired pet as their was pet hair all over the floors and in the washer/dryer.

The placement of this property is amazing, and the amenities had everything we could ask for and more. 10 out of 10.

Great location. The park is vibrant and wonderful. Easy access to down town. The house is well appointed with nice appliances and cookware.

The house is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a stay. The park and lake across the street are wonderful places to walk, bike, run or play on the playground. The neighborhood is good and we felt perfectly safe walking around town.
