Cet appartement au charme incontestable à Keswick est la solution idéale pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. Derwent Pencil Museum n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied et Lac Derwentwater à 11 minutes, vous pouvez donc laisser votre voiture dans le parking dont dispose l'hébergement.

Stay with family for the Keswick mountain festival, ideal location within easy walk of the town and other attractions. Plenty of car parking however, cafe below recently changed hands so expect to be much busier and with subsequent noise increase when reopens in Sept. Could do with wifi extender to reach back bedrooms as poor also tv remotes need batteries none that worked throughout.

Greta Howe is a lovely property in a perfect location. Just a small tip for future guests, I’d avoid putting the washing machine on before bed, as when it goes into the spin cycle the vibrations travel through the property and can wake you up. We’d definitely consider booking again. The staff at Keswick Cottages were superb as well, I phoned them twice before our visit and they were really helpful both times. Thankyou.

I stayed midweek in November for three nights with a Friend. I chose the location in case the weather came in as it was near main roads. The communication was brilliant but we were left alone to enjoy our stay in peace. The place is very well done, and comfortable. Although there were only two of us, it would be big enough for 6 without being on top of each other. The gas fire was very welcomed after a day out on the fells. We were lucky that we have snow up on skiddaw which you can walk to from the door, and catbells too. Would definitely stay again, as it was so clean and homely. If I had to be picky the large bedroom was chilly compared to the rest of the place but I left the door open to the main area to get some heat in there, but that is only to be real picky, it’s still a 10/10
