This was an authentic and lovingly cared for farmhouse that brought back wonderful memories of time spent at my grandmother's farm. The first night we spent a relaxing evening on the front port enjoying the peace and quiet and watching deer, birds, cows, and other wildlife and taking in the scenery. We had a wedding that weekend at Little Piney Lodge with various family members participating. The farmouse was very convenient as it was less than 2 miles away. And, it was only a short and very scenic drive into Hermann, making it the perfect location for a wonderful weekend. We plan on renting it again some time in the fall!
