We were so happy to stay here, especially because the host of the other place we reserved months earlier cancelled on us three weeks prior to our stay. I have to say it all worked out for the best because we absolutely loved this place. The beachfront location is great, and it's such a quiet area removed from the activity of downtown but still a quick drive to restaurants and other activities. The short walk to Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve to see Morris Island Lighthouse and watch the sunset was an added plus. Our host was very responsive and the communication was great. We will stay here again the next time we come to Folly Beach!

The property was perfect. We stayed here for a girls weekend and loved everything about this place. Gorgeous ocean front views, comfortable beds, pleanty of seating and everything we needed. The location is about 3 miles from "downtown" folly and Ubers were fairly easy to get. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this property.

Beautiful place, and a beautiful beach a with sunrise view. Open concept was perfect for our group of 8.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had three teenage girls and 6 adults staying very comfortably. The house was clean and well equipped with kitchen necessities and plenty of bath towels for the bathrooms. There was only one dish towel in the kitchen so another one of those would have been nice but that’s not a big deal. We were able to walk out to the beach easily. It was nice that there were boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs available. We don’t really have complaints. The upstairs fan would not turn on. I was able to message property management about it. They responded with suggestions on what the issue might be but the issue was never resolved. There were plenty of box fans though and the AC in the house worked well enough with those fans to keep it very comfortable upstairs. A storm came through and knocked out power to all the outlets using 240 volts. When we called the property management about that they were quick to get the electricians out to fix it. So, the more important issue that occurred during our stay was taken care of and we appreciate that. We would most definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone and we would stay there again.
