The apartment is strategically located for easy access to the city’s major attractions and is very close to downtown.

High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning make it ideal for those who need to work remotely.

Numerous trendy restaurants and nightspots set the tone for the neighborhood.

THE SPACE

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, and a bathroom with a window and a shower.

For longer stays, a washing machine and ironing supplies are also available.

An apartment designed to make your stay in Milan as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Guest access

The entire apartment is at your complete disposal.

Upon arrival, you’ll find:

- Beds made.

- Towels (one bath towel and one face towel per guest).

- Starter Pack: initial supply including laundry detergent, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, and recycling bags.

While staying in the apartment, please observe the following simple rules:

- No smoking in the apartment

- All items in the apartment are at your disposal for the duration of your stay; please leave them in their original places at the end of your stay so that the next guests can use them as well

- All kitchen dishes are at your disposal; after use, please return them clean and dry to their proper place. At the end of your stay, please leave the kitchen counter clean and tidy.

- Please avoid making excessive noise on the stairs and in common areas

- Please do not turn the TV volume up too high after 10 p.m.

- At the end of your stay, please leave the apartment tidy

- The apartment is located in a residential building. Please observe quiet hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Three days before your arrival, you will receive a link to register your documents (required by law).

As soon as registration is complete, you will receive a second link, complete with a video and instructions, allowing you to access the apartment completely independently via self-check-in.

We recommend that you watch the video before arriving at the property.

A request must always be submitted for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.

We can also arrange in-person check-ins, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance.

In-person check-ins cost 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m. Self-check-ins, including late check-ins, are always free.

During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information about your stay in Milan.

Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, if you plan to check in person, you’ll need to make arrangements regarding the time.
