Great house, fantastic location. The house is really old and has some great and quirky decor. The kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of communal space - kitchen, dining room, lounge and pretty garden. Owners were friendly in their messages and accommodating.
Super central in Exeter and well located for the city. Next to St Nicholas Priory.
10 people is a stretch as one single bed folds out to a double and is attached with an open archway to the other room which is only a single, one person slept on the sofa. Only one communal bathroom which is in the top floor, as well as an ensuite, so 10 people sharing can be a challenge for shower and toilet queues. Would be better to market at 8 people max.

The headache in the morning!!

The location was perfect - very central to Exeter and walking to where we wanted to go.
The property was rather run down. Lights were out in the kitchen area, tiles in the bathrooms were cracked and one drain was clogged, which we had to clean out. The owner sent a handyman to fix the lights the next day but he was unable to do anything. The garden was rather overgrown too, although that did not impact us very much
