Clear instructions to check in with keys in a lock box for us to collect. I felt safe in the building and it looked just as it does in the photos. Tastefully decorated and practical. The entertainment ( streaming services) were just as described.
Communication with the owner. I guess I expected her to reach out to see if all was well and if we need any tips for restaurants or day trips. That, sadly did not happen which was disappointing to me. Also, after a long overnight Tran-Atlantic journey and an additional hour to get to Durres from the airport, a bottle of water in the refrigerator would have been really nice. All reports told us not to drink tap water so we had to go back out to get a drink of water.
