Very quiet neighborhood, always plenty of parking, spacious apartment, and for those who need to cook, there is a stove as well as a large refrigerator. Owner is very kind and will try to make your stay better.
The apartment has no air conditioning, and in the summer it becomes very hot to stay in. Another issue is that it is on the ground floor, so you cannot leave the windows open; only one of the windows has mosquito screens, so if you open more windows to allow air circulation, there will be a lot of mosquitoes. I believe the impression would be different in the winter, but in the summer it is very challenging to stay here.
There is no proper bed, only pull-out sofas, which are very hard, short, and not wide enough — I believe they are about 1.6 meters.
