Friendly and helpful host. Perfect for a single person or couple. The washing machine is a huge plus, or you may have to wait a day for your clothes from a laundry service. There are 2 sari sari stores on the ground floor, plenty of things to get you by and enjoy. There are several armed guards nearby at all times which I really like, it's not dangerous at all, it is the standard for condos but I really appreciate it and they are all friendly.
The smart lock can take a brief time for the code to work upon arrival, but it's ok because you can ring the doorbell digitally for the host to let you in. The keycard inside the unit works every time. I have extended my stay at least once so far, maybe again for a while.

Everything was perfect
There could be more kitchenware and bigger duvets for bed
