Not enough hooks for towels, the area around the sink gets wet with no place for toiletries, no ironing board, no streaming services on TV, bathroom also feels dated

Excellent location - 10-15 minutes of walking to reach the main beaches in Ksamil. Swedish buffet breakfast with plenty of meals, clean rooms and towels changed everyday. AC working fine and a nice sea view, also a free parking spot available are worth mentioning. Friendly and polite staff, thank you for all your contribution to make our vacation unforgettable !

The location was good. The WiFi was decent. The breakfast was ok.

I wasn’t clean. Unfortunately that’s one of the most important things for me. They don’t clean the floor every time. The bathroom was not clean at all, we had to unclog the shower drain ( we found hair that wasn’t even ours) because the whole bathroom was flooded. The beds were poorly made, I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the bed sheets on the second day. The staff was friendly until the last day. Since they knew we were leaving, they pressured us into leaving since we no longer we’re paying customers.
