Will I be accused of breaking it because I did not inform them it was not working? This email already put us on tiptoes before entering the house; it wasn't very welcoming at all! We then discovered the clothes rack was broken, informed the owner and this was followed by a debate of who broke it,.. Again not a very pleasant experience. To make things worse all discussions needed to be in French since the owner did not speak a word of English. I speak basic French and that was clearly not really enough to have a proper conversation and avoid misunderstandings. The house is also quite remote and impossible to find with Waze or Google Maps following the address in the booking. It leaves you a few minute' drive away. I called the owner and somehow with my poor French she managed to guide us there. Parking is on the street, not on the property. It's a steep slope in a dead end so you need to be a good driver to manage it. The pool is nice but not heated, we were told the heat pump only works when it's not cold! It's also not private; you share it with a few more flats. The bathtub has a big crack, which the owner is aware about (but did not worn us, and given the reaction to the clothes rack imagine our panic!) The dining table is only 40/45 cm wide! and not very stable.

Accueil froid et inexistant par le père de la propriétaire sans aucune explication sur l’hébergement. La description des équipements dans l’annonce n’est pas conforme et précise : Pas de place de parking dédiée, petit déjeuner continental annoncé en description au final pas disponible, Piscine annoncée chauffée, finalement chauffée qu’à une certaine période. Contenant nettoyant mains et corps non fonctionnel.

De accomodatie was mooi, je had een mooi keukentje en het buitenzit gedeelte was top. Precies wat je nodig hebt. Voor 6 personen vonden wij het wel een beetje krap maar het was geen deal breaker. Verder een mooie tuin en mooi zwembad

De auto moesten we omlaag parkeren wat niet fijn was om er uit te rijden als je niet veel rij ervaring hebt. Verder was vanuit de foto’s niet heel goed duidelijk waar het zwembad nou lag, wij kwamen er daar pas achter dat dit aan de andere kant van het huisje lag. Maar verder was het top!
