The fridge was excellent.
The balcony was excellent.
There was a lot of space in the kitchen/dining/bedroom area.
There were 2 separate individuals demonstrating undesirable behaviour near the apartment entrance & 1 rough sleeper nearby & there appeared to bemore as well.
There was no clothes washing machine despite there being plenty of space for 1 to be installed.
The shower curtain. Shower would be better with a door.
Could not get hot water to flow in the bathroom basin. Had to boil a jug for hot water to shave with.
There was limited bench space for meal preparation without using the dining room table.
There is no secure safe we could identify.
