Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed — from kitchen utensils to detergents. Both bedrooms have en-suites which made it so convenient & 2 parking bays. Felt like home from the moment we arrived.

The building in which the property is located is of an exceptional standard.

1. The property/unit 218 faces onto Oxford Road and as a result there is a constant traffic noise which renders the outside patio unusable. 2. Too many items in the property that did not work and attention to detail is lacking: 2.1 Sliding door leading out to the patio, lock does not work which can be a security risk. 2.2 Basin plug in second bedroom en suite bathroom is stuck permanently and must be repaired. 2.3 On arrival the Television remote did not work. 2.4 The cleaning staff was still working in the unit until one hour after the indicated check in time. 2.5 The two basins in the kitchen do not have working plugs which renders them unusable to wash any of the crockery and cutlery.
