This home felt truly local and traditional and it was exciting to sleep on tatami mats for the first time. The location was perfect, super close to the port, to restaurants and art galleries and museums on that side of the island which was convenient. Finally the host Johnny was fantastic, super helpful and responsive, even going above and beyond booking us a lovely dinner.

Very good location in Honmura, near the village center and all the artwork houses. This traditional Japanese house was well equiped and comfortable
