Hotel je ispunio očekivanja, soba nam je bila ogromna sa odličnim krevetom, doručak je bio odličan, osoblje je toliko na usluzi, da su nam rešavali i neke privatne stvari koje su nam bile problem, oduševljena sam tim ljudima. Parking ispred hotela, hotel blizu svega, restorani, tržni centar... Bazen, đakuzi, sauna sve nam je bilo odlično.

Came here just for a weekend, and I have to say that I have never had such a pleasant experience with the staff. From front desk to restaurant and housekeeping, these people show you how does it look like to do your job with love, efficency, and passion! If I ever get back to Banja Luka, I am not skipping this hotel. :)

The hotel staff were very helpful, especially the receptionist that helped us with an issue, when we were leaving the hotel.
Arrived in our room to find the electricity was off. It came back on later that evening, but went off again the following morning. We were told that the issue was that a construction employee had accidentally cut through the cable, somewhere nearby.
In the spa area, the water in the pool and jacuzzi was only lukewarm. Only one sauna was available, which was not that hot.
The hot food at breakfast, was not that hot at all. Very disappointing indeed.
