We really enjoyed our stay! My daughter & I stayed here for 2 weeks while she was completing a residency for her school. The house is adorable and nicely furnished for the most part. The couch has a pull out bed but sitting on it was not the most comfortable, it was "fine" for short periods. Could really use another towel holder in each of the bathrooms or maybe just a portable drying rack for when we had clothes we didn't want to place in the dryer or an extra towel to dry. It would also have been nice to have a grill as an alternative for cooking. But, let's be real... these are just suggestions & 1st world problems! We would absolutely stay here again if we are back in Charlotte! It was the little extras that really made our stay special. We loved that there were snacks & waters available when we arrived, along with a full coffee/tea set up, toiletries in both bathrooms, plenty of dish soap, toilet paper & paper towels, bath towels & little mints tucked in! I can't forget to mention the super soft blankets on the beds! Bernicia was very responsive when I had questions or needed assistance!

This day was wonderful house was cozy and comfortable I will stay again. I just don't know if the hose are the housekeeper cleans the house they had like water bottles under the bed and the trash under the dressers trash in the backyard but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The renovation in the house was great! I would definitely like to rent it again.

Our overall experience was great. Beds were comfortable and house was super clean. The location was near near everything we needed. I will definitely stay again.
