Well located for a short walk into town. Parking is a bonus. Very clean and comfortable.

The apartment was in a great location, conveniently situated within easy reach of the town centre. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped with good facilities. The bathrooms were also nice, although the shower heads and tiles could have been cleaner.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness and general upkeep of the apartment could have been better. There were visible marks on the lounge carpet and walls, and the shower heads and tiles had quite a lot of grime.
The kitchen cupboards also needed attention. The utility cupboard was untidy, with things piled up and not easily accessible. The cupboard under the sink was very messy, with what looked like rubbish left behind. Some of the kitchen cupboards also contained remnants of old food and sauces that were clearly out of date.
The beds were very uncomfortable, with old sprung mattresses that were far too soft. Noise was another issue, particularly the fire doors banging in the corridors as other guests came and went. We could also hear people moving around in the apartment above.
Overall, we had a pleasant three-night stay, and the location and spacious rooms were definite positives. I would probably consider staying again, but the price is a little high for what you get. These are mostly small things that could be easily improved with better cleaning, organisation and a few updates. Addressing these issues would make a big difference to the overall experience and offer much better value for money.

Fantastic location and able to walk around York city centre easily. Able to cook our own meals easily. Would recommend as place to stay and would stay again.
Not sure the description about the view was how we read it. Did have some complexity getting into the car park as the phone number is not WhatsApp registered.

The location was great and the apartment was nice but unfortunately the communication was very poor - we had no hot water on arrival and no instructions whatsoever about any of the appliances, bins, departure, keys etc etc
It was in a good location.
