The apartment was really spacious - I think it was bigger than where I live in London! It had air con, which I really valued, given it was a super hot weekend when I was visiting. The apartment was so comfortable, and was located on a cute street in an area with a ton of great places to eat and drink. Communication with the host was great. I'd love to have stayed longer.

The location, the neighborhood, the apartment itself.
Electronic access can be complicated but a key is available.

Spotlessly clean, cosy and very convenient. Lovely eateries nearby, tram stop, cute bar.
Really comfy bed, great shower. Clothes dried overnight. Perfect !
Must visit public sauna walking distance from apartment. Best of the best Finnish experiences.
We had issues with digital entry process....once we got key, easy peasy. Directions for rubbish will be updated. Hardly an issue in scheme of positives !

Nothing
The building from the outside looks unkept, sidewalk was dirty, glass doors, it’s a condominium property but it looks like not well maintained.
