HOTEL GRAPHY Shibuya

This was the perfect location, everyone was so nice, breakfast, lunch and dinner were so good! On top of it, it was so easy to walk everywhere took us 5 min to get to the train, and 10 min to get to Shibuya crossing!

Nothing i liked it all staff, how clean, the environment, everything about it was perfect! The room size was small but its to be expected because we got the smaller room with shared bathrooms, but it was still very manageable! If I had to say one thing I didn't like it would be how our bidet in the shared bathroom didn't work that's all!

It was very close to the main train station

It felt at times cramped

Clean, comfortable. Ideally located.. Breakfast was great and free beer at happy hour is a bonus

AC could do with instructions

We really enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent, with a very friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of high-quality options. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet, providing a great night's sleep. The amenities were also of excellent quality. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Shibuya and other areas of Tokyo, and having a laundromat right next to the hotel was a big plus. We had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again.
