The location was close to my destination, which was the Loyola University John Felice campus.

Excellant. Everything about the hotel was great. It was only transport problems and getting back from the city.
It was extremely difficult to get a taxi or uber back to the hotel especially if going out to eat in the evening. Uber were just nit picking up and taxis were just not stopping at the taxi ranks. We ended up going into a hotel and asking their reception if they would call us a cab because we were panicking because there was no other way we could get back. The shuttle does not go in the evenings. I am 86 . We had trouble during the day also plus to get back Ubers and taxis charged almost double. It was fine getting into the city as reception would call a cab and they were there in minutes.
