The Riad is very nice, with relaxing communal areas on the ground floor and on the roof. Breakfast was terrific, with good coffee and fresh orange juice. Food servings were generous, and we enjoyed eating on the rooftop. The room was great, with everything we needed. We appreciated the communal basket of slippers to wear around the Riad! We enjoyed the location near the Ksiba gate, as it was easy to access and in a relatively quiet area of the Medina, which has local vibes. There are also fantastic food options very close by. The best thing about the Riad was the staff! Everyone was so helpful and friendly with great advice. The reception is manned 24h, so you can be confident that the door will be opened promptly upon ringing the doorbell. The Riad organised our airport transfer on arrival as we arrived at midnight, and we were greeted at the Medina gate to be accompanied to the Riad. I highly recommend staying at this Riad!

The room could get a little stuffy, but this was easily fixed by opening up the windows and doors to the courtyard to get some air flow.

Karim was a wonderful host. Very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service, very warm and welcoming. He helped us check in for our flights and arranged our taxi to the airport.

On a pris ce Riad pour une nuit car plus proche de l'aéroport.

Cependant, la connexion internet était très moyenne. Les lumières dans la chambre laissent à désirer, pas assez de prises électriques. Le gros point négatif est le manque d'organisation, nous avons bien indiqué au personnel qu'on partait le lendemain matin pour l'aéroport donc avons demandé le petit déjeuner à 8h00, à 8h30 on attendait encore pour le thé !! Au moment de partir, on nous demande de régler la taxe de séjour en espèces uniquement, alors même qu'on a bien indiqué qu'on partait pour l'aéroport !! Au vu de notre agacement ils ont finalement accepté le règlement par CB.
