Don’t rent this place!

The washer leaked when it drained and the dryer took more than 2 cycles to dry a couple towels. The spare bathroom shower didn’t drain and within five minutes you were up to your ankles in water. The AC couldn’t keep up during the day it would get to 80 in the house. Half the burners on the stove stopped working by day two and we were there a full week. We checked in on Sunday evening and by Wednesday night the ceiling was leaking over the kitchen table. There was garbage all over the backyard. The house is split into two levels and listed separately so don’t think you’re getting a full house and four parking spots because you’re not. On Wednesday we headed out to the beach and while we were gone a “cleaning” crew came in and stole over $1000 worth of items we brought with ranging from clothing to headphones and chargers and kids toys. The owner of the house just said sorry but thats not my problem. The cleaners went through all of our stuff and took it to the bottom level of the house which we did not have access to. What was out of our luggage they stuffed into garbage bags and put in a utility closet.
