Staff were amazing, so friendly and caring. Fantastic location overviewing the beach and lovely sea view. Not busy end of Sept and still so warm. Stunning sun sets from the beach, with a little cocktail bar. 2 lovely restaurants nearby. Spacious pool. Lovely wooden pergola and veranda with pretty views.

Can’t think of anything significant other than single beds did squeak, would be lovely to have some kitchen essentials like salt & pepper and big chef’s knife.

Amazing location. Short walk to an awesome beach that had sea turtles hatching while we were there!

Breakfast options were challenging. You need to make sure you get your own food if you are someone who wants to wake up early and have a coffee and a bite to eat.

We had to book this accommodation at very short notice due to having been let down badly by other accommodation we’d booked. I messaged via Booking in the evening asking about earliest check in time, this was answered and facilitated with no fuss by Penny. When we arrived, we were greeted by Kristian who was extremely friendly and professional, we were blown away by the quality and standard of the grounds and location in a gated complex within a stones throw of a glorious beach. We were given a room upgrade of a sea view room but we would have been equally happy with the garden room we’d booked. The standard of accommodation inside was incredible, set on three floors, the decoration and facilities superb, fresh and inviting, one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever had. Cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. We could not hear any noise from rooms either side. The outside areas were exceptional, the large pool was cleaned daily, multiple sitting areas, well lit and maintained to a very high standard. We felt as if we had the place to ourselves despite other guests being there, we would rarely see anybody else. It was a short walk down the hill to two tavernas, both serving delicious and reasonably priced food. The beach area is fantastic, a very long sandy beach with shallow waters, extremely clean and beautiful. There is a beach bar and area to rent beds if needed. Great views of incoming planes to the airport, there was very minimal noise of these at the beach, none at all in the apartment. It took us ten minutes to get to the airport in the morning for our flight home, we did not want to leave this beautiful hotel.

Sadly this accommodation doesn’t live up to the photos. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach but the whole place was like it had been forgotten. I’m sure when it was a hotel it was lovely, but lacked any ambience or care. For the price paid not even basic provisions or a welcome pack. We paid the same price in a beautiful boutique home in Assos. They need to up their game.

Soulless. Basic. No basic supplies. The whole place felt a little apocalyptic. The website makes you think it’s a hotel . It’s not! No sea view really from the rooms. Pool area very tired with old sun beds. It looks like there may have been a bar here at one point now just an empty space. See picture. I feel the owners are cashing in on location. It’s a 75£ a night property. Not £170!
