StarQ Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The staff is excellent 👌, expecially Ashiq in housekeeping, management should consider getting him a raise. The front desk staff are also wonderful. I have extended my staying 3 times, can't beat the location, everything close by.

2 days first week was drilling in the wall above the doors on the 4th . Management did not notify us . Times were 1: 00pm until about 4:00pm. The next morning at 10:am, I left and went to the mall. Very bad management.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche de tous les endroits et des principales attractions, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements. Le personnel est très gentil, sympathique et accueillant.

Take the elevator from the ground floor to the 1st for front desk, with excellent friendly young guys, very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are normal size with refrigerator, kettle,tv and a desk. Clean and comfortable, my friend Ashiq from housekeeping is wonderful and very helpful, always smiling. There is also a microwave at the reception area . I have stayed here more than once, can't beat the location, 3 malls not far away, lots of stores and restaurant, also a night market on the street outside the hotel, the street is always crowded. Management should recognize front desk staff and Ashiq. Highly recommended, I will always stay here when I am in kuala Lumpur. Thanks guys for making my stay wonderful, and I will be back.

The Wifi goes on and off alot.
