Location close to city transport and Kings Park.
Apartment very clean with ample furniture.
Good kitchen facilities including coffee maker.
Secure basement parking with lift access.
Bath/shower diverter was faulty making it difficult to have a decent shower.
No tea bags supplied.

The location was really convenient, I loved being so close to the botanical gardens.
A few challenges with getting in and accessing the property at first and accessing the advertised facilities. The shower is very weak. The apartment is part of a very large complex - we were woken up on several nights with very noisy neighbors.
