The roominess of the apartment was nice.

The view is like nothing else, waking up to 180 degree view over Tuscany from your bedroom. Worth every cent! And supermarket only meters away
The steps and no lift, the bottom flights have no automatic lights so gets dark coming down.

Fabulous property in a great central location, very well equipped and fantastic views from the roof terrace.
Parking was a little difficult but not too expensive (go just down the hill outside the ZT)L.

Really nice apartment with lovely views from the roof terrace. Good location.
Only one of the three bedrooms had air-con and the aircon in the lounge was really ineffective. Floor-standing fans were included but they had virtually no impact on the heat in the rooms. Also, the flat is on the top floor and there is no lift, which made it very hard work to carry cases to and from street level.
