A comfortable one level annexe, located in an attractive garden belonging to the main residence. The property is down a small, quiet lane, but right in the centre of Charlbury, with a good selection of pubs, and surrounded by the Cotswold countryside and various attractions.
A coffee machine would be a good addition to the kitchen; and somewhere to hide the Henry vacuum cleaner, rather than being on display in the sitting room.

Ideal location, 5 minutes walk from the train station. The town is quiet with coop store, pubs and sandwich shop a few minutes walk.
Nothing wrong. Laundry, spacious sitting room, wifi, full kitchen separate bedroom with ensuite. Very quiet, and owners are friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect for exploring the Cotswolds, comfortable bed and sofa. Great range of kitchen equipment if required. Clean and well appointed. Hosts friendly and helpful when around. Off street parking a god-send.
Bathroom mirror could be improved by having an LED backlight for those shavers amongst us! The outdoor area needed pressure washing and the outdoor cushions were dirty so couldn’t be used.
