Lokalizacja, i kontakt z właścicielem. Cena adekwatna do standardu.
Budynek stary brak widocznych remontów. Zarezerwowałem na 2 dni . Jeden dzień nie było wody była awaria. Właściciel odpowiadał ale wody nadal nie było.

Sound is my big issue. This was Very Quiet at night. Nice long lasting hot shower with good (not great) pressure. Exceptionally good communication from owner, and he was very pleasant and helpful. Plus a chocolate bar in the cupboard, very nice.
Had to search for towels, found in box under bed. Could not find any tea spoons. NO PLUG FOR BATHROOM BASIN.

Location is very good for walking in old town, but difficult to reach by public transport.
Place was clean.
Bet was comfortable
Host was fast replying, answering all questions
Appartment is on 3rd floor, so keep in mind if someone has disability or heavy luggage.
Most negative thing was very bad smell from sanitary facilities, which was not strong in the beggining, but later was very unpleasant
